64th Beer: Risk 2210 Nite: Red Hook IPA

Alright. 6.5% ABV, 12 fluid oz. Serial number: 011006.

63rd Beer: Risk 2210 Nite: Rogue XS - I^2PA

I^2 = Imperial Indian Ale. Another fizzy IPA - I liked it.

Six ingredients: 100% floor malted Maris Otter pale malt; Cascade, Saaz and Kent Golding hops; free range coastal water; and top fermenting Packman yeast. No chemical, preservatives or addititves.

62nd Beer: Risk 2210 Nite: Leinenkugel's Big Butt

This big butt beer was good and fizzy. Yum.

From the beer labels: Hand crafted in small batches. Brewed exclusively in Wisconsin by the Leinenkugel family since 1867. A Northwoods favorite. Brewed in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, by 73 people who care.

Other numbers: 12 fluid ounces. 826355 with a beer symbol. UPC: 347371. On the bottle neck: 06196 (then below) C20819.

61st Beer: Risk 2210 Nite: Bridgeport Brewing Co.: IPA

This one is bottle conditioned. Nice.

From the label: This ale is double fermented. A spritz of yeast and malt were added to this bottle, creating a secondary fermentation and natural carbonation. The result...an uncompromised natural ale. No preservatives, no artificial carbonation, no mod cons. Pour slowly to leave the yeast in the bottle, or pour it in, it tastes great. Oregon's oldest craft brewery, BridgePort was founded in 1984, when the microbrewing revolution began. Since our 10-barrel beginning, we have called upon the resources of the Pacific Northwest to brew ales without fear or favor, uncompromised and true to style.

60th Beer: Risk 2210 Nite: Sam Adams - Double Bock

Very good - a little sweet which I didn't expect. 12 fluid ounce bottle. Stamped Oct. UPC: 87692 31022.

This is a seasonal brew.

From the bottle neck label: In the brewing tradition of crafting unique and rare brews, we bring you Sam Adams Double Bock. This rich and full-bodied brew has centuries of brewing tradition. Bavarian hops and four times the malt of other brews gives this hearty brew a rich bold flavor. Cheers! (signed) Jim Koch.
