61st Beer: Risk 2210 Nite: Bridgeport Brewing Co.: IPA

This one is bottle conditioned. Nice.

From the label: This ale is double fermented. A spritz of yeast and malt were added to this bottle, creating a secondary fermentation and natural carbonation. The uncompromised natural ale. No preservatives, no artificial carbonation, no mod cons. Pour slowly to leave the yeast in the bottle, or pour it in, it tastes great. Oregon's oldest craft brewery, BridgePort was founded in 1984, when the microbrewing revolution began. Since our 10-barrel beginning, we have called upon the resources of the Pacific Northwest to brew ales without fear or favor, uncompromised and true to style.
